Our Commitment to Providers

At Animal Aftercare, we connect pre-vetted, licensed providers with families seeking end-of-life pet care. We aim for transparency and fairness in our billing practices.

General Policy: No Refunds

Due to the nature of our service — the immediate provision of lead access upon purchase — we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Value is delivered instantly upon access to lead information. Once a lead is purchased, we cannot issue a refund for per-lead purchases of individual un-redacted lead details, except as described below.

Exceptional Circumstances

In specific cases, we will automatically issue a refund:

  • Lead Already Purchased (Race Conditions): If you complete payment for a lead that was simultaneously purchased by another provider, we will refund your payment in full within 5 business days.
  • Technical Errors: If you are charged but do not receive the full unredacted lead details due to a system error on our part, we will refund your payment in full within 5 business days.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same lead due to a system error, duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

In other rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to issue a refund for situations not listed above. Such instances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Difficulty reaching a family, a family choosing a different provider, or a change in plans does not qualify for a refund — our service provides lead contact information, not a guarantee of a closed engagement.
